CLIENT CONTINUUM MEMBERSHIP TERMS

Welcome Note

Before we dive into the formal stuff, know that these terms are here to protect both you and the community we’re building together. I’ve tried to make them as clear and straightforward as possible.

1. Membership Basics

What you’re getting

  • Access to the Client Continuum Facebook Group
  • Weekly prompts (3 per week) covering email marketing, website design, and systems & automation
  • Weekly email summaries of all prompts
  • Monthly masterclasses
  • Community support

Payment Terms

  • Membership fee: £50 per month
  • Payments are processed automatically each month
  • If payment fails, you’ll receive an email notification to update your payment details
  • Access continues until payment is resolved or membership is cancelled

Cancellation

  • You can cancel your membership at any time
  • No long-term commitment required
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months
  • After cancellation, you’ll maintain access until the end of your paid period

 

2. Community Guidelines

Respect and Support

  • This is a brave space for neurodivergent entrepreneurs
  • Treat all members with respect and kindness
  • Honour different ways of thinking and communicating
  • No hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
  • No promotional or spam content without explicit permission

Privacy and Confidentiality

  • What’s shared in the group stays in the group
  • Don’t share other members’ personal information
  • Don’t share screenshots of conversations without permission
  • Respect everyone’s privacy and boundaries

 

3. Content Usage

Your Access

  • Content is for your personal business use only
  • Don’t share login details or membership content
  • Don’t reproduce or resell membership materials
  • You can save materials for your own reference

Intellectual Property

  • All materials remain the property of Digital Hero Co (Lexi Thurston)
  • Prompts, masterclasses, and resources are for member use only
  • You can implement the strategies in your business
  • You cannot teach or resell the methodologies

 

4. Support and Communication

Response Times

  • Facebook Group posts: Monitored during business hours
  • Direct messages: Responded to within 48 business hours
  • Technical issues: Addressed as soon as possible
  • Email support: Available at [email protected]

Technical Access

  • You’re responsible for maintaining your Facebook account
  • We’ll assist with membership access issues
  • Technical support available via email

 

5. Changes and Updates

To These Terms

  • We may update these terms
  • You’ll receive notice of any significant changes
  • Continued membership after changes indicates acceptance

To the Membership

  • Content and features may evolve
  • We’ll communicate changes in advance
  • Your feedback helps shape the space

 

6. Code of Conduct

Expected Behaviour

  • Be kind and supportive
  • Respect different perspectives
  • Share experiences, not advice
  • Ask before offering direct feedback
  • Use content warnings when discussing sensitive topics

Prohibited Behaviour

  • No hate speech or discrimination
  • No harassment or bullying
  • No unauthorised promotional content
  • No sharing of misinformation
  • No political or religious debates

 

7. Termination

Member-Initiated

  • Cancel anytime through your payment portal
  • Access continues until billing period ends
  • No refunds for partial periods

Business-Initiated

We reserve the right to terminate membership if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Community guidelines aren’t followed
  • Payment issues remain unresolved
  • Membership is misused
